Newborns:

This stage of life is SO precious and it goes SO fast! I love photographing newborns because they are so tiny and sweet! I like to photograph newborns in the first two weeks of their lives. During this time they are still very sleepy, so they will allow you to position them in more ways than allow me to capture just how tiny they are! Newborn sessions are usually 2 hours long because the little ones usually like to eat! I also recommend that you only do one or two outfits (if any) and the rest naked/diaper pictures. The little ones just don't like to have their clothes changed that much so you can get a lot more out of them if you don't change them a lot. I recommend that you let me know as soon as possible that you are wanting to do newborn pictures and your due date... I will make a note, but I will have you call me as soon as the baby is born and I will give you my first appointment! Remember, I am a mom too, so I just experienced those sleepless nights not so many months ago! I'm totally comfortable with all the things that come with a new baby! Congrats!

I do both indoor and outdoor portraits. My studio is located out on my family farm and I do both indoor and outdoor portraits out here. I will also travel to different locations for a travel fee. If the location is here in Winchester, there may be no fee.
